My 7 years old son had a temperature fluctuated between 99 103 and a sore throat for 3 days. The fever finally broke today and now complains of severe pain in the leg while walking. He graduated with a plaintive, and insists he is not sick, even if it pressed down with a fever. I am very concerned and looking for someone who has had the same symptoms, or any other idea.
